Welcome to Twenty4SevenTrends. We’re delighted to help you source the most coveted luxury pieces with care and precision. As a small, specialised concierge service, we work on a request-only basis — every item is sourced just for you.

Below are our Terms & Conditions to ensure transparency, protect our clients, and clarify how our service works. These terms apply to all orders placed via our website, email, WhatsApp, iMessage, or any other communication platform.

1. Nature of Our Service

Twenty4SevenTrends acts strictly as a personal shopping and sourcing agent. We locate and purchase luxury items on behalf of clients from third-party official boutiques and authorised retailers. We do not manufacture or hold stock, nor do we operate as a retail store.

1.1 Brand Independence & Non-Affiliation

We are independent and unaffiliated with any of the brands, designers, or retailers we source from. All brand names and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners. We do not claim any endorsement, affiliation, or representation.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By engaging our services — whether through our website, WhatsApp, iMessage, email, bank transfer, or third-party payment link — you agree to these Terms & Conditions in full.

2.1 Legal Notice of Acceptance

Continued communication or submission of payment constitutes a binding agreement under the laws of England and Wales. You acknowledge that you have had the opportunity to review these terms before placing your order.

3. Payment Terms

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Bank Transfer

  • Debit/Credit Card

  • PayPal

  • Western Union

Transaction fees may apply. For high-value purchases, we reserve the right to request valid ID. We do not accept cash.

4. Pricing Structure

All pricing quoted includes:

  • Retail Cost of the item from the boutique

  • Commission Fee for our sourcing, time, expertise, and concierge-level service

  • Delivery & Handling Fees for logistics, courier, and packaging

  • Associated Costs, such as customs, duties, travel, or third-party expenses incurred to source the item

All components are included in the final quote you approve prior to payment.

5. Refunds, Returns & Exchanges

All sales are final once confirmed. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges under any circumstances.

Return or exchange requests must be handled directly with the original boutique, in accordance with their policies. Where within their return window, we may assist in facilitating this — but we do not provide compensation ourselves.

5.1 Finality of Sale

Items purchased on your behalf are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and non-cancellable once confirmed.

5.2 Non-Refundable Commission

Our commission fee is strictly non-refundable, even if the boutique accepts a return or exchange. Only the boutique’s retail refund (if issued) will be passed to the client. Delivery and associated sourcing costs are also non-refundable.

6. Shipping & Insurance

We provide a tracking number on dispatch. If you would like to insure your package, please let us know before dispatch.

We are not liable for:

  • Loss, theft, or damage of uninsured parcels

  • Delivery delays caused by couriers or customs

  • Taxes or duties charged upon import

7. Client Responsibility

By placing an order, you confirm that:

  • You understand we act as an agent, not a seller

  • You accept that returns are handled by the originating store only

  • You have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions

8. Disputes & Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for disputes regarding product quality or defects — these must be addressed with the boutique.

Our liability is limited strictly to the value of our service fee, and only in cases of proven gross negligence.

8.1 Waiver of Indirect Claims

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, emotional, reputational, or consequential damages. You waive all claims beyond our agreed fee.

9. Governing Law

All services and terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

9.1 Legal Jurisdiction & Enforcement

Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of England and Wales. We reserve the right to recover legal costs incurred in the defence of false or bad-faith claims.

10. Additional Terms

10.1 Force Majeure

We are not liable for performance delays due to events outside our control, including courier issues, customs delays, political events, weather, or supply disruptions.

10.2 No Chargebacks

By paying, you agree not to initiate chargebacks or reversals. Any dispute must be resolved with us directly.

10.3 Confidentiality & Public Conduct

You agree not to publish defamatory, misleading, or negative content online about our service. Any reputational damage caused by public complaints may result in legal action.
